Mission Bikni Body

The weather here in England has been amazing! Its a beautiful sunny bank holiday :)
So i went to the beach yesterday... not so beautiful.
I was wearing shorts and a vest top, i looked like a beach whale :( i just saw all these skinny pretty girls, running around in their bikinis; they looked so happy and were having so much fun. Thats what i want...

So mission bikini body it is then!
My rules:
  1. Get up at 6.45 every weekday, 8.00 on saturday and have a lie in on sunday.
  2. No unhealthy snacks (Crisps, Biscuits, Chocolate bars, Cakes etc.)
  3. No fizzy drinks.
  4. Only drink the following: herbal teas, water and pure/ low cal fruit juices.
  5. Take vitamin and mineral tablets everyday.
  6. Exercise for atleast a hour everyday.
  7. Stretch 10 minuets before and after exercise.
  8. Use a body scrub, cleanse and moisturise everyday.
  9. Keep a food and exercise diary.
  10. Reward yourslef when you reach a goal weight.
Start Date- 26th April 2011
Height- 5ft 5 Inches
Start Weight- 150 pounds

1st GW- 145 pounds
2nd GW- 140 pounds
3rd GW- 135 pounds
4th GW- 130 pounds---- Has to be by 1st August 2011 ( My summer holiday)
5th GW- 125 pounds
6th GW- 122 pounds
